We offer an in clinic observation/training package for medical professionals including:

One day of observation of physical therapy treatments as the patients permit.
One hour of hands on, one on one time with two therapists.
Our instructional DVD.

If you have already scheduled a day of clinic observation, please print and sign the clinical observation agreement form and the HIPPA Business Associates form and bring it with you.
