May is Pelvic Pain Awareness Month and at PHRC we want to do our part to help people better understand pelvic pain syndromes and more importantly, help people suffering with these diagnoses get the help they need to recover. Since knowledge is power we created 5 videos and blog posts that we hope people find useful. This week, in our first week of the Pelvic Pain Explained Webinar series, I had the honor of introducing the series and talking about:  pelvic floor anatomy and physical therapy. Hopefully, the information in my webinar and in this blog post will help people better understand this often unknown, but important part of the body and know what to expect before a pelvic floor PT appointment.

In case you missed it, here is a link to my Webinar.

I was lucky to speak about pelvic health and physical therapy with Dr. Jess O’Reilly on her podcast Sex with Dr. Jess. and with sex coach Myisha Battle.
