The Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center is excited to announce that we are now accepting new patients in our newest location in Pasadena! Let’s be real, Los Angeles traffic is no joke. Since we opened in West LA in 2014 we have been honored to help patients from all over the greater LA area. Driving over an hour to get to and from appointments is problematic for people with pelvic health concerns, we are excited our new location will better serve the needs of our patients coming from east LA.

Who will be there?

Jillian Giannini, PT, DPT  was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and found her love for physical therapy through spending countless hours working with the USC football team. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge, along with becoming both yoga and Pilates certified. She aspires to be a conduit to people’s healing and to bring a trauma-informed approach to health care. In her free time she loves to draw, dance, and spend time with family.

Jillian has dedicated her career to focus solely on pelvic floor disorders 2019. In 2020-2021 Jillian underwent The Resilience Toolkit Certification Program to become a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit. This encompasses techniques to help educate patients to build awareness of stress cycles and management tools.

In addition, Jillian recently underwent an advanced 12- week course on pelvic floor physical therapy for the pregnant and postpartum patient.

With her pelvic floor physical therapy, peripartum physical therapy, and Yoga, Pilates and Resilience Toolkit certification, Jillian offers amazing care for all persons wanting to optimize their pelvic health and eradicate pain and dysfunction.
